Programme Overview
The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management and Development is designed to prepare students for successful careers in people management, organisational development, and strategic human resource leadership. MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION
A pass in Matriculation or Foundation studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;
STPM
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C (GP 2.00) in any TWO (2) subjects
STAM
A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid.
DIPLOMA
A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA 0f 2.00.
ADVANCED DIPLOMA
An advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00.
