Programme Overview

The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management and Development is designed to prepare students for successful careers in people management, organisational development, and strategic human resource leadership. Delivered in collaboration with the University of Greenwich, UK, the programme equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage one of an organisation’s most valuable assets—its people.

The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of contemporary human resource practices, covering areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employment law, organisational behaviour, leadership, diversity and inclusion, and strategic workforce planning. Students will also develop critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that are essential for today’s dynamic business environment.

Entry Requirements

A pass in Matriculation or Foundation studies with a minimum CGPA of 2.00;

A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C (GP 2.00) in any TWO (2) subjects

A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid.

A Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with at least CGPA 0f 2.00.

An advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with at least CGPA of 2.00.

AA diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) / Diploma Vocational (DVM) subjected to HEP Senate / Academic Board’s Approval.
