The Foundation in Science is a one-year pre-university programme designed to prepare students for entry into science-related degrees such as engineering, computer science, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, and more. It provides a solid grounding in key subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics, along with English and ICT skills essential for university success.

Students will also develop critical thinking, research, and communication skills through a mix of coursework, lab work, projects, and exams. We provide a dynamic learning experience that combines interactive methods, modern teaching techniques, and real-world applications to develop the skills of future business leaders and industry innovators.

Entry Requirements

  • Continuing studies in the field of Medicine OR Dentistry OR Pharmacy OR Allied Health Sciences:
    Possess an SPM (or equivalent) with at least a Grade B in 5 subjects, namely Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (or Additional Mathematics), and one other subject.
  • Continuing studies in the field of Engineering:
    Possess an SPM (or equivalent) with at least a credit in 5 subjects, including Mathematics and Physics.
  • Continuing studies in the field of Architecture:
    Possess an SPM (or equivalent) with at least a credit in 5 subjects, including Mathematics.
  • Continuing studies in the other Science fields:
    Possess an SPM (or equivalent) with at least a credit in 5 subjects, including Mathematics and 2 Science subjects
