Professor Tan Sri Dr. Ghauth Jasmon was the 10th University of Malaya Vice-Chancellor (2008 to 2013). Prof Ghauth became the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Malaya on 10th November 2008. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Founder President/CEO of Multimedia University (MMU) for 11 years and subsequently as the Chief Executive Officer of Unity College International (now upgraded to City University Malaysia) for 10 months. It was during this tenure as UM VC that he set up the International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW).
It was also during his period as VC that University of Malaya made dramatic advancement in the QS World University Rankings and managed to get into the top 500 Shanghai Jiao Tong Academic Ranking of World Universities in 2010, and has remained since. It was also Tan Sri Ghauth who initiated the High Impact Research (HIR) programme in 2010 and he was instrumental in getting the special research allocation of almost RM600 million from the Ministry of Higher Education for UM HIR in August 2011. He attracts Malaysian scholars from abroad to develop the country through science and technology advancement.
Tan Sri Ghauth was formerly the Chairman, Board of Directors, University Putra Malaysia (UPM), Board Member of Citibank Berhad, Board Member of Sunway University, Fellow of Inst of Electrical Engineers (UK), Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (Australia), Eisenhower Fellow (USA) and Hon Fellow, Academy of Professors, Malaysia.
Tan Sri holds the degrees of B.Sc (Eng)(First Class) & PhD from the University of London and Hon. DSc (Wales), Hon. D. Tech(Loughborough) & Hon. D. Educ. (MMU).

Rathakrishnan Govind has over 38 years of professional experience, with nearly three decades in management roles. His career began in the Singapore Ministry of Defence, specialising in Special Operations. He has since held leadership positions in various private and non-profit international organisations, including the International Olympic Council.
Currently, he serves as CEO LSBF and Director for London School of Business and Finance in Singapore, and Director for LSBF Malaysia. Known for driving organizational change and strategy development, he is instrumental to the success of LSBF in Singapore, and the expansion of the branded institution in the region.
Mr. Govind is recognised for his expertise in strategic growth, product visibility, and business re-engineering. He excels in launching new products, partnerships and programmes, leveraging online and social media marketing. His leadership emphasises critical thinking with teamwork, excellence, and innovation. Rathakrishnan is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sports, family, and staff well-being, and champions logic and positive influence in his professional endeavors.

Dr. Sajilal Divakaran is the Director of Academic & Academic Services at LSBF Singapore and the Managing Director for LSBF Malaysia. He is instrumental in setting the strategic vision for the college, fostering organic growth, and cultivating partnerships to expand business opportunities. Additionally, he provides academic leadership, promotes teaching and research activities, and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining LSBF, Dr. Sajilal served as the Principal and CEO of a prominent Malaysian college for 20 years, where he successfully oversaw its expansion across eight countries and established significant partnerships with UK universities. He brings over two decades of leadership experience in both Malaysia and Singapore.
Dr. Sajilal is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He holds a PhD from the University of Kerala, India.

Trevor holds degrees from 3 universities including a PhD from Lancaster University, UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
