Education Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Education Consultant – Sales with a strong background in sales to join our growing team at LSBF Malaysia. This role plays a critical part in driving student enrolment and achieving recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid track record in sales, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Online Presence: Provide accurate and timely advice to prospective students and parents about LSBF’s academic programmes.
- Content Creation & Achieve individual enrolment targets by converting leads into successful student registrations.
- Social Media Management: Support students throughout the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
- Digital Campaigns & Build strong relationships with school counsellors and regularly update them on LSBF’s offerings.
- Brand Consistency & Actively promote LSBF at various external events to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Collaboration & Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment activities including education fairs, open days, roadshows, and webinars.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student recruitment or sales within the education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
- MUST have prior experience in the EDUCATION INDUSTRY
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
