Diploma in Psychology

The Diploma in Psychology program at LSBF provides a comprehensive introduction to psychology, offering a solid foundation in psychological theories, principles, and research methods. Through a blend of theoretical learning, practical exercises, and hands-on experiences, students gain insights into human behavior, cognition, and emotion.

The program, led by experienced psychology faculty, covers topics such as developmental, abnormal, social, and cognitive psychology. Students engage in practical exercises like case studies, group discussions, and research projects to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Graduates are prepared for further studies in psychology or careers in counseling, social work, human resources, or research, equipped with a deep understanding of human behavior to positively impact individuals and communities.

Entry Requirements

Pass SPM/O-level with 3 credits and a pass in Mathematics and Science.

Pass STPM with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject, and a pass in Mathematics and any science subject at SPM level.

Pass in STAM with a minimum grade of Maqbul, and a pass in Mathematics and Science Subject at SPM level

A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in the relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, and a pass in Mathematics and any science subject

Pass in SKM Level 3, MQF in the relevant field

Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government
