We are looking for a dynamic and experienced academic leader to drive the strategic direction, academic excellence, and overall performance of LSBF. The Head of School / Head of Academic will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs, faculty, and student experience, ensuring that LSBF remains at the forefront of business and finance education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the academic faculty and staff.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and policies that align with LSBF’s mission and goals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and industry-relevant academic programs.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, research, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier faculty and academic staff.
• Promote a student-centered learning environment that enhances student engagement and success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders.
• Represent LSBF in academic and professional forums, enhancing the institution’s reputation and influence.

Qualification & Requirements

• A doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in an academic leadership role
• Strong track record of academic and professional achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse academic teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
