Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Online Presence: Conduct research, develop strategies, and maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create and manage SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Digital Campaigns & Analytics: Plan digital ad campaigns, monitor performance, and analyze KPIs to optimize strategies.
  • Brand Consistency & Reputation: Develop brand guidelines, ensure consistency, and manage online reputation.
  • Collaboration & Industry Trends: Work with cross-functional teams and stay updated on the latest marketing trends.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. At least 5 Years’ experience.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
